This product is thermostable by nature, and it can bear high pressure and high temperature above 85℃ without the protection of coating, and effect fast inside the gastrointestinal tract of animal. Definition of content
One unit of phytase activity (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 micromole of inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L of sodium phytase solution at pH 5.5 and 37 degrees centigrade.
Function
