Rhodiola Rosea extract is the root of Rhodiola Rosea extract, sweet smell, taste bitter. Its main ingredients are salidroside, glucoside tyrosinol and Rosavins, which can enhance the immune function, protect the heart and brain blood vessels, and prevent cancer and depression. Rosavins stimulate the immune system in two ways: the first one, by direct special stimulation of the immune defense (stimulation of one of the most important types of immune cells: Natural killer cells). NK- cells search for and destroy infected cells in the body. Rhodiola extract normalizes the immune system by improving t-cell immunity. This suggests that it increases the body's resistance to the accumulated poison of infection. Second, the body can be more resistance for pressure by using it. When we are chronically exposed to stress, the body is delayed to arise immune response and then in poorer health. Rhodiola extracts can also enhance B cell immunity by preventing suppression due to stress and fatigue.
Rhodiola extracts show increased rates of serotonin precursors, tryptophan and 5-hydroxytryptophan being delivered into the brain.
